ISSA-certified trainer and official TRX Ambassador Jenna Willis, a Los Angeles-based celebrity fitness trainer, has a unique approach to “fitness.” She believes that in order to be fit you must engage your body, mind, and spirit. Jenna has been featured in Women’s Health Magazine, Daily Mail, Cosmo and Women’s Fitness Magazine and is a contributor for Us Weekly, Good Day LA, and Skinny Confidential.
Cindy found Zumba Fitness in 2009 and she was immediately hooked and has been teaching ever since. Zumba is more than just "exercise:" it's a 55-minute experience where you get to let loose and let the music guide you. "Feel the Music" is the theme of Zumba Fitness and Cindy will lead you on a 55-minute dance party where you will sweat, smile, and let your inner J-Lo and Shakira out! This class is designed for all fitness levels.
Casey hails from Grand Rapids, Michigan where she grew up playing volleyball, golf, softball, and basketball. She continued with volleyball through college where she competed at the Division 1 level for both the University of Memphis and Butler University. Casey is a certified personal and group fitness trainer and specializes in cardio, strength, and agility training. She coaches for several top fitness platforms including iFit with NordicTrack, TRX, Aaptiv, Row House, and Fabletics.
Jena Kirmse is a NASM certified trainer and AFAA certified Group Fitness instructor. Her favorite workouts are anything outdoors in a beautiful setting! Running up a mountain or on the beach, swimming, skiing, paddle boarding, etc. She loves creating workouts that you can do anywhere with only bodyweight or a set of light weights. Her favorite muscle groups to focus on are glutes and core, and she believes working out is just as much, if not more, for your mind than it is for your body. She loves teaching people how to stay fit and healthy and create long-lasting workout habits that keep their minds happy & strong, too!
