TIPS FOR KICKING BUTT ON THE SITE: 

  • All workouts that you've completed can be tracked by clicking the "Filter" tab below and then clicking "Taken by me"

  • Don't forget to click "Add to Favorites" on the videos you want to do again and again

  • Recommended Equipment (HIIT workouts): Free weights & resistance bands

  • All 1 hour and 30 min. HIIT workouts are full body.

  • All 1 hour and 30 min HIIT workouts include modifications for beginner, intermediate, and advanced participants. 

  • Latest LIVES are unedited replays from the most recent live workouts.

  • Even though the workouts are numbered you can do the workouts in any order you'd like. Don't worry you won't miss out on anything if you go in a creative order.
